Kids not listening.

So you’re still yelling all the time. How do we put an end to this madness.
1. Walk up to the person you are talking to.
2. Talking to them calmly will help them remember your point.
3. Take up their time if they keep not listening. Make them follow you if you have to do stuff.
4. Make time to train them further on listening. Test them by telling them to do stuff right away. Do this often until it sticks.
